Losing weight it’s indeed women’s “nightmare” it’s as critical for us in some ways that going through a severe illness.
In fact we all already know that not taking care of our weight will lead to serious health issues.
I got a severe illness and a horrible fall that put me in the ICU.
When I was allowed to go back to exercise I started very vigorously, I was around 145 lbs and painfully reached 178 lbs and knew it was going to be hard to lose all of that weight.
Dr. Auld not only put me on a safe program and treatment to address my weight, but was the perfect coach together with her wonderful staff that I could accomplish my goal, even when it wasn’t happening fast and I was getting discouraged.
Today I’ve finally reached 148 lbs, I still need and want to lose more and have no doubts Dr.Auld and her staff will continue assisting me to accomplish my goal, but slowly because it’s the way to do it so I don’t gain it back.
There isn’t a “magic” pill. You need to follow her instructions and workout, it doesn’t matter what kind, find what will work for you, for me I do exercise classes that raises my heartbeats big time and toning with weights, it’s strong, it’s hard to do, but so much fun.
It’s doable, Dr.Auld will take you there, just trust her knowledge!
